- Lead lists and contact data you upload to the platform;
- Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback);
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store raw card data).
Information Collected Automatically
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits);
- Device information (hardware model, operating system);
- Usage data (features used, campaign performance metrics);
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Information from Third Parties
- Data from connected integrations (Google Calendar, telephony providers, etc.) when you authorize them;
- Analytics providers and advertising partners.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Process transactions and send related information (confirmations, invoices, receipts);
- Send administrative communications, including technical notices, security alerts, and policy updates;
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law (you may opt out at any time);
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service;

- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data;
- Marketplace Participants: When you purchase or sell listings on the A2Z Dialer Marketplace, certain listing details are shared with counterparties as necessary to complete the transaction;
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset;
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others;
- With Your Consent: In any other circumstance with your express consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus a 90-day grace period following account closure. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Lead list data is retained until you delete it or close your account.
After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your personal data. Aggregate, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification: The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to certain exceptions;
- Restriction: The right to request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances;
- Portability: The right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Objection: The right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- CCPA Rights (California Residents): The right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
